Day 1: Setting the Foundation

The journey to a better you begins with a single step. On Day 1 of the Grane Fitness 3-Day Challenge, you'll lay the foundation for your transformation. Start by setting clear fitness goals. Whether it's shedding excess weight, gaining muscle, or boosting your overall strength and stamina, having a goal in mind will keep you motivated. We have included juicing and meal options for you to try during the challenge.

Next, assess your current fitness level. This will help you tailor your workouts and track your progress effectively. Don't forget to take 'before' photos – they'll be a powerful reminder of how far you've come. Work on stretching and combining 50 push-ups and 50 sit ups.

 

 Day 2: Powering Up with Workouts

Now that you've set your goals and assessed your starting point, it's time to power up with workouts. Grane Fitness has designed a comprehensive workout plan that focuses on strength training and cardio to help you build muscle while torching fat.

Morning: Start your day with a 30-minute high-intensity cardio session. This could be a brisk jog, a cycling session, or even a jump rope workout.

Afternoon: Break a sweat with a strength training routine. Compound exercises with the Grane Fitness Resistant Bands, pull-ups and push ups will get you started. Aim for 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions for each exercise.

Evening: Wind down with a 20-minute or stretching session, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups. Flexibility is key to preventing injuries and enhancing your overall performance.

 

Day 3: Fueling Your Body for Success

Your body is a machine, and to function at its best, it needs the right fuel. On Day 3, we'll focus on nutrition. Either variation will give you the energy you need for your workouts if you start early.

Throughout the day, prioritize whole, nutrient-dense foods. Incorporate lean meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and whole grains into your meals. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive alcohol consumption.

Don't forget to stay hydrated – water is crucial for muscle recovery and overall health.
