Grane Fitness 30-Day Return Policy
At Grane Fitness, our priority is your satisfaction with our products. We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached.
- The return must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items marked as final sale.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at contact@granefitness.com with your order number and a description of the item you wish to return.
- Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions for the return process.
- Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@granefitness.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
